Blissley Blooms is a Florida-based garden education small business that creates seasonal gardening kits for homeschool families and young nature enthusiasts. Each box blends hands-on learning with creativity, featuring Florida-friendly plants, STEAM activities, crafts, and beautifully designed educational materials that inspire kids to explore the science and art of gardening.

🌿 Why We Bloomed

When Ms. Megan Hull, a homeschool mom and science educator, began teaching her own children at home, she quickly discovered how difficult it was to find garden-based curriculum and growing kits designed specifically for Florida’s unique climate. Most available resources were created for cooler regions and plants that don’t thrive here, leaving a gap for families who wanted meaningful, hands-on nature study that actually worked where they lived.

☀️ How We’re Growing Solutions

Drawing on over 14 years of educational experience, Ms. Megan set out to create what was missing—a way for Florida families and educators to bring science learning to life through the garden. During her years as a classroom teacher, she was a passionate science educator, presented at the Florida Association for Science Teachers annual conference, and earned multiple school garden grants. These experiences, coupled with her background in curriculum design, shaped her belief in holistic learning—connecting education with the real world through outdoor, hands-on experiences that spark curiosity and confidence.
